At Aaina, each order is packed with love and dispatched from our Mumbai studio within 36 hours of order confirmation.

We aim to deliver your cozy favourites as quickly as possible!

Shipping Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (charged additionally)

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80 (flat rate)

  • Express Shipping: ₹150 (flat rate)

  • Free Shipping: (over INR 5000/-)

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your Aaina pieces! But if something doesn’t fit quite right, we offer easy returns and size exchanges — handled with care.

Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

  • Requests will be processed only after photo verification of the product’s condition.

  • If the submitted photos do not meet our quality standards, we may be unable to approve the return.

How It Works:

  • Once approved, returns and exchanges will be issued as store credit (Aaina Wallet) only — redeemable on future purchases.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns will incur a flat ₹120 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.

  • The return shipping deduction helps us cover logistics and handling costs while continuing to offer fast, reliable service.
